In the year 2020, our foray into skill development started with the launch of RJ Skills Development. We have been providing infrastructure and equipment solutions as per requirement of NCVT and SSC specifications since 2016.

Our execution of the DDU-GKY project under Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission consisted of 480 Trainees under the ISMO trade.
We use an ERP based Mobilization process. With 1:2 selection ratio and parent counseling in the initial phase. The screening process ensures the deserving undergoes the training.
We are working and adding value to a number of projects for DDUGKY and NULM under DAY scheme. We are preparing for PMKVY 3.0 in Odisha.
Our Skill Team has led by example by setting up projects in record time. Our State of the art Training Centre is in Bonda Narengi Assam with a training capacity of 105 trainees.
Retention at workplace is a sure sign of success and our current projects have a retention of over 80 percent. Our efforts for continuous counseling and conditioning for job roles ensures retention at workplace.
We have a dedicated, determined team of trainers and infra coordinators to assess and create talent. We see the potential for future performance masses of the society of weaker by measuring skills, conducting awareness camps and adding values through training that continues to seek sustainable growth and enhance enterprise value.
